Arena Exhibits is an independent, San Francisco based trade show exhibit design and fabricator. We’ve been around since 1997 and our production space is located in the heart of the Mission District.

We believe in thoughtful design. That working with the best materials is key. That mutual trust and respect is paramount. Working with a diverse range of industries, we strive for simple design with a clear message.

Our in-house wood shop and CNC machines allow us to custom build from the ground up to the highest standards. If it can't be made here, we source components from industry leaders in large scale fabric structures, modular displays, point of purchase displays and portable exhibits.

We build relationships. Our full range of services include custom exhibit design and build, trade show rental displays, show management, labor and logistics coordination as well as storage and fulfillment.

  • BUILD

    Experienced exhibit builders integrate the latest technology and materials into construction of your trade show exhibit. In-house wood shop and CNC machine allow us to build your display from the ground up to the highest standards.

  • MARKETING

    We work with you to execute marketing strategies that fit your pre, during and post show needs. Strategies range from simple lead generation to raising brand awareness with in-booth promotions.

  • MANAGE

    Working with you to create an effective plan, we handle all show services, logistics, warehousing, inventory management as well as booth installation and dismantle. We’ll take care of it all so all you have to do is show up!

  • EVALUATE & MEASURE

    We evaluate the overall experience post show. After each event, we can review what's working and consider future improvements. With your budget in mind, efficiencies will be evaluated to insure maximum return on investment.
